摘要
庆新油田紧紧围绕"数字化、智能化"发展战略,把握"安全、绿色、高效、和谐"油田发展方向,积极推进油田地面工程信息化建设,通过"数字化建设、智能化提升"两个阶段,实现了整装油田数字化,改变了传统油田感知的方式,并对数字化设备采集、智能软件研发、优化人员配置、新技术储备等方面进行研究,逐步探索出了一套覆盖油田地面生产管理、采油工程、能源管理等多专业智能一体化创新管理模式,实现了油田管理手动操作向远程自动控制转变,定性、半定量管理向定量、精准管理转变,工作效率、工作质量大幅提升,油田开发效果、生产管理指标、公司效益逐年向好。
Qingxin Oilfield closely focuses on the development strategy of"digital and intelligent",grasps the oilfield development direction of"safe,green,efficient,and harmonious",and actively promotes the information construction of oilfield ground engineering.Through the two phases of"digital construction and intelligent improvement",the digitization of the entire oilfield has been realized,which has changed the way of traditional oilfield perception,and has done a lot of work in digital equipment collection,intelligent software research and development,optimization of personnel allocation,and new technology reserves.Qingxin Oilfield has gradually explored a set of multi-disciplinary intelligent integrated innovative management mode covering production management,oil production engineering,energy management,realized the transition from manual operation to remote automatic control,and from qualitative and semi-quantitative management to quantitative and precise management of oil field management.Work efficiency and work quality have been greatly improved,and the oilfield development effect,production management indicators,and company benefits are improving year by year.
