摘要
目的:观察穴位按摩在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿康复中的应用效果。方法:选取80例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,两组均予以常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予常规抚触护理,观察组给予穴位按摩,比较两组干预前后生长发育指标水平、睡眠质量。结果:干预1个月后,观察组体质量、身高、摄奶量均明显高于对照组,匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表各维度评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩用于新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿康复中,可提高生长发育指标水平,改善睡眠质量,其效果优于常规抚触护理效果。
Objective:To investigate application effects of point massage in rehabilitation of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods:80 neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,each with 40 cases.Both groups received conventional treatment.Besides,the control group was given conventional touching care,while the observation group was given point massage.The growth and development index levels and sleep quality were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After 1 month of intervention,the body mass,height,and milk intake of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group;the scores of all dimensions of the Pittsburgh sleep quality index were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Point massage in the rehabilitation of the neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy can improve the levels of growth and development indexes and reduce the sleep quality score.Moreover,it is superior to conventional touching care.
