摘要
生活在当今快节奏的时代下,无处不在的压力令人们不再满足于物质追求,越来越多的人开始追求精神需求。生活中各方面的压力使人们有强烈的倾诉需求,大学生便是其中具有代表性的群体,面向大学生的情感倾诉APP随之出现。本文从大学生心理健康存在的问题出发,结合互联网时代心理咨询的特征,探讨大学生情感倾诉APP的定位和开发,最后对其未来研究方向提出相关建议。
Living in today's fast-paced era,the ubiquitous pressure makes people no longer satisfied with material pursuit,and more and more people begin to pursue spiritual needs.All aspects of life pressure makes people have a strong need to talk,college students are one of the representative groups.As a result,emotional confiding APP for college students emerges.Based on the problems of college students'mental health and combined the characteristics of psychological counseling in the Internet era,this paper discusses the orientation and development of college students'emotional confiding APP,and finally puts forward some suggestions for their future research direction.
