摘要
目的:分析经会阴盆底超声在女性压力性尿失禁诊断评估中的临床意义。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年4月在某院接受治疗的女性压力性尿失禁患者100例作为研究组,选取2018年2月~2020年4月来某院正常体检人群100例作为普通组,两组均实施经会阴盆底超声检查,观察比较两组尿道旋转角度和超声测量值情况。结果:经检查后,相较于普通组,研究组的尿道旋转角度和超声测量值更大,组间数据对比具有明显的差异,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经会阴盆底超声检查,可清晰显现出盆底解剖结构,详细观察有关功能变化,对于诊治女性压力性尿失禁意义显著,可在临床实践应用推广。
Objective:To analyze the clinical significance of transperineal pelvic floor ultrasound in the diagnosis and evaluation of female stress urinary incontinence.Methods:A total of 100 female patients with stress urinary incontinence who were treated in a hospital from January 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into research group.100 normal people who came to a hospital from February 2018 to April 2020 were selected as normal group.The transperineal pelvic floor ultrasound was performed in both groups,and the urethral rotation angle and ultrasonic measurement were observed and compared.Results:After examination,compared with the normal group,the urethral rotation angle and ultrasound measurement value of the study group were larger,and there was a significant difference in data comparison between the two groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can be seen that the pelvic floor anatomy can be clearly demonstrated by perineal pelvic floor ultrasound examination,and the relevant functional changes can be observed in detail.It is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of female stress urinary incontinence and can be applied in clinical practice.
