摘要
目的探讨辨证施护对糖尿病足患者创面愈合及血糖控制的影响.方法回顾性分析2017年2月—2019年2月收治的50例糖尿病足患者的临床资料,依据干预方式的不同分为对照组(采用常规护理,25例)与观察组(采用辨证施护,25例),治疗一个疗程后,对比2组患者创面愈合、血糖控制情况.结果干预后,2组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)水平均低于干预前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组创面愈合时间(腐肉脱净时间、边缘新鲜肉芽生长、新鲜肉芽生长)明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论应用辨证施护对糖尿病足患者的临床效果显著,可有效缩短糖尿病足患者创面愈合时间及血糖控制情况,值得临床上进一步应用推广.
Objective To investigate the effect of syndrome differentiation nursing on wound healing and blood glucose control in diabetic foot patients. Methods The clinical data of 50 diabetic foot patients in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different intervention methods, they were divided into two groups the control group of 25 cases received routine nursing and the observation group of 25 cases received syndrome differentiation nursing. After one course of treatment, the wound healing and blood glucose control were compared between the two groups. Results Fasting blood glucose(FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c), postprandial blood glucose(PBG) were lower in the two groups after intervention, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the wound healing time(carrion removal time, edge fresh granulation growth, fresh granulation growth) in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Syndrome differentiation nursing is effective in treating diabetic foot patients. It can shorten wound healing time and blood glucose control in diabetic foot.
