摘要
山楂是药食两用药材之一,具有多重药理活性及作用,营养丰富,具有“营养果”之称,被广泛应用于多种药品、食品和保健品中。近年来,国内外学者对山楂的药理作用研究比较成熟,保健领域的应用也取得了重大进展。本文对相关的文章进行了整理,以期促进山楂的开发应用。
Hawthorn is one of the dual-purpose medicine and food,it has multiple pharmacological activities and functions,rich nutrition,and is known as Nutritional Fruit.It is widely used in a variety of drugs,food and health products.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have studied Hawthorn’s pharmacological action more mature,and the application in the field of health care has also made significant progress.In order to promote the development and application of hawthorn,the related articles were sorted out.
