摘要
[目的/意义]在现代高校图书馆阅览室开架阅览的环境下,为满足读者自助阅览需求,采用科学合理的方法优化期刊排架方式具有很强的现实意义。[方法/过程]在分析传统的期刊排架方法(分类法、字序法、刊号法、架位号法)各自优缺点的基础之上,介绍琼师图书馆根据纸质期刊刊架规格、《期刊分类表》、纸质期刊出版周期和纸质期刊幅面尺寸等四个因素对纸质期刊进行排架的操作实践。[结果/结论]琼师图书馆采用这四个因素对纸质期刊进行排架,使得纸质期刊存取方便、减少倒架的麻烦,便于上架、整架。
[Purpose/significance]Under the environment of open shelves in the reading rooms of modern academic libraries,it is of great practical significance to adopt scientific and reasonable methods to optimize the shelving mode of periodicals in order to meet the needs of readers for selfservice reading.[Method/process]By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional periodical shelving method(classification,word order,serial number,shelf number),this paper introduces the operation practice of in shelving paper periodicals from four aspects,namely,periodical rack specification,periodical classification table,publication cycle of paper periodicals and size of paper periodicals.[Result/conclusion]Qiongtai Normal University Library adopts these four factors to arrange the paper periodicals,which makes the paper periodicals easy to access,reduces the trouble of falling over,and facilitates book shelving and sorting.
