摘要
回顾性分析130例胰十二指肠切除术患者的临床资料,总结并探讨术后并发症的发生及预防。130例患者中出现术后并发症18例(13.8%),其中术后消化道出血8例,胆瘘合并腹腔感染4例,胰瘘合并腹腔感染6例;1例死亡,死亡率为0.8%。胰十二指肠切除术是多年来治疗胰头、十二指肠壶腹周围肿瘤的标准术式,其难度大、并发症多、手术风险高,但是通过提高围手术期治疗,系统性掌握并熟练手术技巧,可有效减少并发症的发生。
To analyze the clinical data of 130 patients with pancreatoduodenectomy,summarize and discuss the occurrence and prevention of postoperative complications.Among the 130 patients,18(13.8%)had postoperative complications,including 8 cases of postoperative gastrointestinal bleeding,4 cases of biliary fistula combined with abdominal infection,6 cases of pancreatic fistula combined with abdominal infection,1 case died with a mortality rate of 0.8%.Pancreatoduodenectomy is a standard operation for the treatment of tumors around the head of pancreas and ampulla of duodenum for many years,which is difficult,complicated and risky.However,by improving the perioperative treatment and systematically mastering and proficient in surgical techniques,the occurrence of complications can be effectively reduced.
