摘要
为得到更优的露天矿开采终了境界,提出了集优化参数预测、矿岩块体属性赋值及动态经济效益分析为一体的三维境界优化方法。首先运用经济时间序列方法对未来市场钼精矿售价进行科学预测;在大量已存矿山边坡数据基础上利用神经网络方法预测矿山边坡角;在预测参数和建立的矿床地质模型基础上利用图论学方法获得批量境界方案,并对各境界方案编制生产计划,计算各方案投资、成本及效益,比较各净现值并确定最优方案。将该优化方法应用于某矿山设计中,结果表明,在以参数预测为基础的条件下矿山开采境界三维优化与矿山实际生产结合紧密,可指导矿山设计及生产,该方法具有推广应用价值。
In order to obtain an optimal ultimate pit limit for an open-pit mine,a three-dimensional optimization method is proposed,which integrates prediction of the optimized parameters,ore block attribute assignment,and dynamic economic benefit analysis.Firstly,the price of molybdenum concentrate in the future market is scientifically predicted by using the economic time series method,and then the angle of the mine slope is predicted by using the neural network method based on a large amount of existing mine slope data.On the basis of the predicted parameters and the established geological model of the deposit,a batch of open-pit boundary schemes is obtained with the graph theory,and the production plan for each open-pit boundary scheme is prepared.Based on the calculation of the investment,cost and benefit,as well as the comparison of the net present value of each scheme,an optimal scheme is finally determined.This optimization method was applied to one open-pit mine design,and the results showed that the three-dimensional optimization of the open-pit boundary on the basis of the parameters prediction,combining with the actual production in the mine,can be used as a guideline in the design and production of the open-pit mine.It is shown that this method is worth wide popularization and application.
