摘要
目的研究柴芩清宁胶囊对治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染风温病热袭肺卫证的有效性及安全性。方法选取2019年1~7月在我院就诊的急性上呼吸道感染风温病热袭肺卫证的儿童患者80例,全部患儿随机分为两组,试验组接受柴芩清宁胶囊治疗,对照组接受清开灵颗粒治疗,每组40例。记录患儿治疗期间退热起效时间、完全退热时间、主要症状的消失时间以及总显效率,并观察试验药物临床应用的安全性。结果试验组患儿的退热起效时间和完全退热时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和试验组患儿的发热咽痛症状在治疗后3 d消失率分别为47.50%和65.00%,试验组患儿发热咽痛症状的3 d消失率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患儿的总显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良事件发生率的无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论柴芩清宁胶囊在治疗儿童上呼吸道感染风温病热袭肺卫证方面有良好的疗效,可有效退热并改善患者发热、咽痛等主要症状,且安全性良好。
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Chaiqin Qingning Capsule in the treatment of air temperature disease and heat attack on lungs syndrome in the children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 80 children patients with air temperature disease and heat attack on lungs syndrome due to acute upper respiratory tract infection who were treated in our hospital from January to July 2019 were selected.All children patients were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was given Chaiqin Qingning capsule for treatment,and the control group was given Qingkailing granules for treatment,with 40 cases in each group.The onset time of fever relief during treatment,the duration of complete fever relief,the disappearance time of main symptoms and the total effective rate were recorded,and the safety of clinical applications of test drugs was observed.Results The onset time of fever relief and complete time of fever relief in the children in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance rate of symptoms of fever and sore throat in the control group and the experimental group within three days of treatment was 47.50%and 65.00%respectively.The three-day disappearance rate of fever and sore throat symptoms in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the children in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chaiqin Qingning capsule has a good efficacy in the treatment of air temperature disease and heat attack on lungs syndrome in the children with upper respiratory tract infection.It can effectively reduce fever and improve patients'main symptoms such as fever and sore throat,and has a good safety.
