摘要
再冷凝器是LNG接收站蒸发气回收的重要设备,其稳定运行对整个接收站的生产平稳运行起着至关重要的作用。通过对某接收站的再冷凝器旁路压力控制情况进行研究,通过阀门特性、控制函数和控制稳定性、对生产造成的影响三方面阐述了压力控制改造的必要性,现有再冷凝器的旁路分程控制由于阀门选型存在一定的弊端,尤其是在大输量时波动和控制难度更大,严重时造成重要设备停车,甚至外输中断等问题。针对控制问题,提出了改造方案和改造思路,以及具体的控制方法,并对控制过程进行了可行性分析,通过实际验证控制精度高,控制效果较好,抗干扰能力强,对生产安全平稳运行有重要的意义。
The re-condenser is an important equipment for the recovery of the vaporized gas in the LNG terminal.Its stable operation plays an important role in the production of the whole terminal.This paper studies the bypass pressure control of the re-condenser in a receiving station,the necessity of pressure control transformation from three aspects:valve characteristics,control function,control stability and impact on working.Due to the disadvantages of valve selection,especially in the case of large capacity fluctuation increase more difficult of control process,which results in the shutdown of important equipment or even the interruption of the export.Aiming at the control problem,the paper puts forward the transformation scheme and idea,as well as the specific control method,and analyzes the feasibility of the control process.Through the actual verification,the control accuracy is high,the control effect is good,and the anti-interference ability is strong,which has an important meaning for the safe and stable operation of production.
