摘要
目的探讨研究复方海蛇胶囊联合重复经颅刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)治疗轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)的临床效果。方法60例MCI患者分为对照组(30例,复方海蛇胶囊)和观察组(30例,复方海蛇胶囊+rTMS),连续治疗3个月后,观察2组患者治疗后的临床效果,比较患者治疗前后的简易智力状态(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知(MoCA)、日常生活能力(ADL)、Rivermead行为记忆能力(RBMT)等指标。结果治疗后,2组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组MMSE评分、MoCA评分、RBMT评分、ADL评分均比治疗前及对照组改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者均无严重的不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方海蛇胶囊联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗轻度认知功能障碍,可有效改善患者的认知功能、生活能力以及记忆能力。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Haihe Capsules combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods A total of 60 patients with MCI in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(30 cases of Haihe Capsules)and observation group(30 cases of Haihe Capsules+rTMS).After 3 months of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy MMSE,MoCA,ADL and RBMT were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,there was no significant difference in total efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).The MMSE score,MoCA score,and RBMT score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the pre-treatment and control group(P<0.05).The ADL score in observation group was significantly lower than that pre-treatment and control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Haihe Capsules combined with rTMS for the treatment of MCI dysfunction clinical increased efficiency.It can effectively improve the patient’s cognitive function,life ability and memory ability,more safe and effective.Consequently,it is worth of popularizing and clinical application.
