摘要
通过对不同含量的石墨烯与异戊橡胶混炼和硫化,制备出了石墨烯补强的新型异戊橡胶复合材料,硫化特性测试表明石墨烯能够增大异戊橡胶的硫化程度,且随着石墨烯含量增多,石墨烯对异戊橡胶硫化的促进效果也会增强,但是石墨烯含量的增多也会导致异戊橡胶焦烧时间t10的下降,影响橡胶混炼过程的安全性。经过拉伸强度和撕裂强度等力学性能测试表明,石墨烯的添加能够同时增大异戊橡胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度,当异戊橡胶中加入0.5~1.0份石墨烯时,异戊橡胶的综合力学性能最好。电性能测试结果表明,加入2.0份石墨烯,异戊橡胶的电导率提高近1000倍,达1.87×10^-7 S/cm,可以制备适应某些领域的抗静电橡胶和导电橡胶。
In this paper,a new isoprene rubber composite reinforced by graphene is prepared by mixing and vulcanizing different content of graphene with isoprene rubber.The test of vulcanization characteristics shows that the vulcanization degree of isoprene rubber can be increased by the addition of grapheme.That is to say,with the increase of graphene content,the promotion effect of graphene on vulcanization of isoprene rubber will also be enhanced.However,the increase of graphene content will also lead to the decrease of scorch time of isoprene rubber(t10),which will affect the safety of mixing process for rubbers.The mechanical properties such as tensile strength and tear strength show that the addition of graphene can increase the tensile strength and tear strength of isoprene rubber at the same time.When 0.5~1.0 phr graphene is added to isoprene rubber,the comprehensive mechanical properties of isoprene rubber are the best.The results of electrical properties test show that the conductivity of isoprene rubber increases nearly 1000 times to 1.87×10^-7 S/cm as 2.0 phr of graphene is added,and antistatic rubber and conductive rubber suitable for some fields can be prepared.
