摘要
通过对某炼厂常减压装置加热炉空气预热器腐蚀情况的调查分析得出,腐蚀原因是由于空气预热器设计偏大,加热炉燃料为含硫燃料油导致。燃料油燃烧不充分以及激波吹灰器运行过程中配风带水,造成空气预热器局部预热管上积水,燃料不完全燃烧产生的灰落在含水的预热管上,加上烟气中的三氧化硫,在空气预热器中上部形成了积灰环境下的硫酸腐蚀。针对该问题提出了更换燃烧器提高燃料雾化效果、脱净激波吹灰器配风中的水分、稳定水热媒空气预热器的操作工艺,实施后避免了积灰和硫酸腐蚀现象,收到了良好的效果。
Through investigation and analysis of the corrosion situation of the air preheater for furnace of the atmospheric and vacuum equipment in a refinery,the reason for the corrosion is that the design size of the air preheater is too large and the fuel of the furnace is sulfur-containing fuel oil.Insufficient combustion of fuel oil and the distribution of wind and water during the operation of the shock wave soot blower cause water to accumulate on the local preheating tube of the air preheater.Furthermore,ash from the incomplete combustion of the fuel falls on the water-containing preheating tube,and the sulfur trioxide in the flue gas forms sulfuric acid corrosion in the dust accumulation environment in the upper part of the air preheater.Therefore,it is proposed to replace the burner to improve the effect of fuel atomization;to remove the moisture in the air of the shock wave soot blower;to stabilize the operation process of the hydrothermal medium air preheater.Thus,the phenomenon of ash accumulation and sulfuric acid corrosion is avoided.
