低钢温轧制工艺在中厚板生产中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对低出钢温度、钢坯温度均匀性、低终矫温度等低钢温轧制核心工艺要点展开分析研究,制定出适合于3500 mm中厚板生产线的低钢温轧制操作规程。通过优化加热炉装炉制度、精准控制出炉温度、确保100%一次除鳞率、严格控制粗轧过程钢坯扣翘、增加矫直辊外部水冷等措施,使低钢温轧制工艺在3500 mm中厚板生产线得到成功应用。 Analysis and research are performed on the key points of low steel temperature rolling process such as low discharging temperature,slab temperature uniformity and low finish leveling temperature,on which low steel temperature rolling schedule is established for 3500 mm medium and heavy plate production line.By optimizing reheating furnace charging schedule,controlling accurate discharging temperature,ensuring 100%primary descaling ratio,stringently controlling ski-up and ski-down during rough rolling,adding external water cooling of levelling roll,low steel temperature rolling process is successfully applied in 3500 mm medium and heavy plate production line.
