大环内酯类抗生素治疗非囊性纤维化支气管扩张症中的临床疗效分析被引量：4

摘要目的:探讨大环内酯类抗生素治疗非囊性纤维化支气管扩张症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2018年5月—2019年7月收治的非囊性纤维化支气管扩张症患者54例,按随机投掷法分为参照组和研究组。参照组给予克拉霉素治疗,研究组给予阿奇霉素治疗,对比两组肺部体征消失时间、退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、日痰量,同时对比两组治疗前后FEV1(1 s用力呼吸容积)、FVC(用力呼气量)、PEF(最大呼气流量)等肺功能。结果:研究组肺部体征消失时间、退热时间、咳嗽消失时间均短于参照组,且研究组治疗后日痰量少于参照组,差异明显(P<0.05);两组治疗前日痰量及FEV1、FVE、PEF等肺功能指标无较大差异(P>0.05);治疗后研究组肺功能各指标优于参照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素治疗非囊性纤维化支气管扩张症的效果优于克拉霉素。
