摘要
为提高钢桥面铺装层性能,提出一种新的铺装体系——UTAC(超薄沥青混凝土)-UHPC(超高性能混凝土)新型复合铺装体系。利用Abaqus建立三维有限元模型,将UTAC-UHPC新型复合铺装体系与传统柔性铺装体系在最大竖向变形和铺装层拉应力上进行比较分析。结果显示:UTAC-UHPC新型复合铺装体系铺装层最大竖向变形较传统柔性铺装能够减少28%,有效地提高钢桥面的刚度和强度,减少铺装层的竖向变形;上面层横、纵方向最大拉应力较传统柔性铺装体系有明显的减少,分别减少了59%和51%,极大地延长桥面铺装的使用寿命。
In order to improve the performance of pavement,the new steel bridge deck pavement system——the composite pavement system with UTAC(Ultra-High Performance Concrete)-UHPC(Ultra-Thin Asphalt Concrete)was put forward,and the three-dimensional finite element model using Abaqus was built to make a comparison with the traditional flexible pavement system on the maximum deflection and tensile stress of the pavement.The result showed that the maximum vertical flection of UTAC-UHPC new composite pavement system can be reduced by 28%compared with the traditional flexible pavement,effectively improving the rigidity and strength of the steel bridge surface and reducing the vertical flection of the pavement;the maximum tensile stress of the upper layer in the horizontal and vertical directions was significantly reduced compared with the traditional flexible pavement system,respectively by 59%and 51%,greatly extending the service life of the bridge deck pavement.
