摘要
新能源配网节点间都是属于弱连接的状态,目标规划呈现单一性,导致电压稳定性、网损改善率下降。基于此,提出了分布式新能源配网网架多目标规划模型,引入电流、电压等式约束与不等式约束条件,提高配网节点连接稳定性,以DG投资成本、配电网网架损耗费用、可靠性损失费用、购电费用作为目标函数,运用最大离差方法计算5个指标的权重,归一化权重获取最优解,构建多目标规划模型。实例测试结果表明:多目标规划模型经济效益较高,电压稳定性较高,且网损改善率较高,解决了传统单目标规划方法存在的问题。
The nodes of new energy distribution network are all in the state of weak connection and the goal programming is single,which leads to the decrease of voltage stability and transmission loss improvement rate.Based on this,a multi-objective programming model of new energy distribution network grid is put forward,introducing current,voltage constraints and unequal constraints conditions,to improve the connective stability of the distribution network nodes.Taking DG investment cost,distribution network grid loss cost,reliability loss cost and power purchase cost as objective functions,the weights of five indexes are calculated by the maximum deviation method,the optimal solution is obtained by normalizing the weights and the multi-objective programming model is constructed.The instance test results show that the multi-objective programming model provides higher economic benefits,higher voltage stability and higher improvement rate of transmission loss,which solves the problems that exist in traditional single objective programming method.
