摘要
为探究生物菌肥对桃土壤养分及对地上部的影响情况,从而为新疆桃树提质增效技术提供理论依据。以新疆兵团第十二师‘早露蟠’为试材,研究桃树施入菌肥20 kg(SF20)、40 kg(SF420)和常规施肥(CK)处理后对土壤肥力及地上部生长的影响。结果表明,CK、SF20和SF40的土壤有机质、速效N、速效P、速效K和全N含量存在明显差异;SF20、SF40处理的叶长、叶宽、产量及可溶性固形物含量均高于CK处理。SF20处理土壤速效N、P、K含量与果实产量呈显著正相关关系,相关系数分别为0.813、0.843和0.859;SF40处理土壤速效N、速效K分别与节间粗、叶长呈显著正相关关系。桃园施入生物菌肥有助于增加有机质和速效养分含量,提高果实产量,改善果实品质。
In order to explore the influence of bacterial fertilizer on soil nutrients and above-ground parts of Prunus Persica(L.),and provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality and efficiency technology of Xinjiang Prunus Persica(L.),the 12th Division of Xinjiang Corps(Prunus Persica var.Compressa cv.Zaolu).was studied as test materials.The different treatments of 20 kg(SF20),40 kg(SF40)and conventional fertilization(CK)were designed to investigate the effects of bacterial fertilizer on soil fertility and above-ground parts growth of peach.The results showed that the contents of soil organic matter,available N,available P,available K and total N in CK,SF20 and SF40 were significantly different.The leaf length,leaf width,yield and soluble solids of SF20 and SF40 were both higher than those of CK.The fruit yield under SF20 treatment had a significant positive correlation with available N,available P,and available K contents in soil,and the correlation coefficients were 0.813,0.843,and 0.859,respectively.The internode thickness and leaf length under SF40 treatment had a significant positive correlation with available N and available K in soil.The application of biological bacterial fertilizer in peach orchard not only could increase the content of organic matter and available nutrients,but also improve fruit yield and quality.
