摘要
近年来,国内外许多教育学者开始推行OBE教学模式,注重以学习产出来设计、运行和评价教学体系和教学方式,对原有教育模式和传统教学模式进行了很大的颠覆。民航服务礼仪是一门应用性和实操性很强的课程,由于航空乘务专业为新兴专业,对于课程内容没有一个较为完善的体系,课程内容实用性较差。从而阻碍了民航服务礼仪课程对提高民航人才素质的有效作用。使得民航服务礼仪课程的学习具有一定的局限性,对专业素质的提升存在一定的制约因素。本论文结合专业的实际,探析了以OBE模式进行民航服务礼仪课程的改革成果,提出了一套完整的教学实施模式、评价系统的设计、课程考核结果的评定以及实用落地的课堂教学方法,对于提升教学效果和提高人才素质具有一定的意义。
Recent years,the educational scholars at home and abroad start to carry out the OBE mode of teaching pay attention to the learning outcomes to design,operate and evaluate the teaching system and teaching methods,so that the original education mode and traditional education mode have been greatly overturned.Minghang service etiquette is a course with great applicability and practicality,As the professional of flight is a new profession,there isn't a perfect system in the content of the course and practicality of the content of the course is also very bad.Thus it impedes the effect that the course of Minghang service etiquette improves the talent quality.So that there are some limitations to the studying of the Minghang service etiquette,there are also some restraining factors to the improvement of the professional quality.This paper combined the professional practice,analyzed the reform of the etiquette course of Ming Hang service in OBE mode,proposed a complete teaching implementation mode,the design of evaluation system,assessment of the curse evaluation result and the practical teaching method in classroom.It has certain significance in improving teaching effects and talent quality.
