摘要
目的探讨手术室无痛护理对非全身麻醉患者舒适度及疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年10月我院收治的105例行非全身麻醉手术治疗的患者,根据护理方法不同分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=55)。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行手术室无痛护理。对比两组患者的舒适度及疼痛程度。结果观察组术中0 h、1 h、2 h、3 h的舒适度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。术前,两组患者的VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,两组的VAS评分均明显高于术前,但观察组的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室无痛护理可有效改善非全身麻醉患者的术中舒适度,减轻患者术后疼痛程度。
Objective To explore the influence of painless nursing in operating room on comfort degree and pain degree in patients with local anesthesia.Methods 105 patients with local anesthesia surgery in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=55)according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received painless nursing in operating room based on the control group.The comfort degree and pain degree were compared between two groups.Results The comfort degree scores at 0 h,1 h,2 h and 3 h during surgery of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before surgery,no statistical difference was found in the VAS score between two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,the VAS scores of two groups were significantly higher than those before surgery,but the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Painless nursing in operating room can effectively improve intraoperative comfort degree,and alleviate postoperative pain degree of patients with local anesthesia.
