摘要
目的研究盐酸氨溴索注射液联合激光治疗在儿科呼吸系统疾病中的应用价值。方法选择我院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的178例儿科呼吸系统疾病患儿,按入院顺序分为两组各89例。A组采用盐酸氨溴索注射液联合激光治疗,B组予以常规治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果A组的总有效率为93.26%,明显高于B组的80.90%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的咳嗽、胸闷、喘息及呼吸困难积分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,A组的咳嗽、胸闷、喘息及呼吸困难积分均低于B组(P<0.05)。A组的不良反应发生率为4.49%,与B组的6.74%比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索注射液联合激光治疗应用于儿科呼吸系统疾病中效果明显,可减轻相关症状,改善病情,安全性高,为预后提供保障。
Objective To study the application value of ambroxol hydrochloride injection combined with laser therapy in pediatric respiratory diseases.Methods 178 children with pediatric respiratory diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the admission order,with 89 cases in each group.Group A received ambroxol hydrochloride injection combined with laser therapy,while group B received routine treatment.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of group A was 93.26%,significantly higher than 80.90%of group B(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the scores of cough,chest tightness,wheezing and dyspnea between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,chest tightness,wheezing and dyspnea in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 4.49%,which had no statistical difference with 6.74%in group B(P>0.05).Conclusions Ambroxol hydrochloride injection combined with laser therapy applied in pediatric respiratory diseases have obvious effect,which can relieve related symptoms,improve the disease condition,and provide guarantee for prognosis,with high safety.
