08Cr2AlMo钢材中芯疏松的解决方案研究

摘要 河钢石钢180 mm×180 mm小方坯连铸机生产的低碳高合金管坯钢08Cr2AlMo,在生产初期,由于钢材中芯疏松严重,引起客户抱怨。为此,通过提高中包过热度在15~25℃的符合率,优化连铸工艺参数,降低拉速和结晶器电磁搅拌强度,二冷采用弱冷以及加大对关键设备精度控制等措施,基本解决了以上问题,客户反映良好。 Low-carbon high-alloy tube blank steel 08Cr2AlMo produced with billet 180 mm×180 mm in Shisteel is complained by customers due to the central porosity at the beginning of production.The problems are basically solved by improving the conformity rate of the tundish superheat in the range of 15~25℃,optimizing the process parameters of continuous casting,reducing the casting speed and the stirring intensity of M-EMS,using the weak cooling in the secondary cooling and increasing the control to the precision of the key equipment and other measures,the customer response is good.
