摘要
该文通过设计调查问卷、开展专题座谈会,对高校"三全育人"和本科生导师制的焦点问题进行了调研,加上对调研数据的科学分析,探讨了进一步完善本科生导师制的管理办法、实施方案和评价体系,更好地在大学本科教育中落实了"三全育人"的实现路径,以期建立学院、专业教师、辅导员和学生在"三全育人"体系中"四位一体"的协作机制。
By designing questionnaires and conducting symposiums, this paper investigates and analyzes the key issues of the "three-pronged comprehensive education" and the tutorial system for undergraduates in universities. Through a scientific analysis of the investigation data, it will further improve the management methods, implementation plan and evaluation system of the tutorial system for undergraduates, in order to better implement the "three-pronged comprehensive education" in undergraduate education. Finally, it also explores the realization of the "four-in-one" collaboration mechanism of college management,professional teachers, counselors and students in the "three-pronged comprehensive education" system.
