摘要
通过对国内优秀帆船运动员训练、比赛中各种起航的技术、战术运用情况的分析研究,并结合自身多年训练比赛经验,探讨帆船起航成功的方法,以及相应战术的运用方法,为提高我国帆船运动员的战术意识、战术水平提供理论依据。
Based on the analysis and research on the application of various sailing techniques and tactics in the training and competition of domestic excellent sailing athletes,and combined with their own years of training and competition experience,this dissertation discusses the methods of sailing success and the application of the corresponding tactics can provide the theoretical basis for improving the tactical consciousness and level of Chinese sailing athletes.
