摘要
全过程工程咨询的大力推行,是工程咨询行业变革的历史性契机,勘察设计具有绝对的技术优势为全过程工程咨询提供一体化设计咨询服务,有助于改变管理内容交叉重复、碎片化的现状。但以设计为核心的全过程工程咨询模式的推进效果不显著,实施情况不理想,因此本研究旨在结合理论和实际,打通以建筑师为主导,以设计为核心的全过程工程咨询模式开展路径,强调全过程工程咨询的核心理念,以业主需求、设计集成、全寿命周期视角为导向,实现跨越主体、跨越阶段、跨越职能的全过程工程咨询集成性设计,提升项目品质,增强行业价值。
The vigorous implementation of the life-cycle engineering consulting is a historic opportunity for the transformation of the engineering consulting industry.The survey and design has absolute technical advantages to provide integrated design consulting services for the life-cycle engineering consulting,which helps to change the overlapping and fragmented management content.However,the advancing effect of the life-cycle engineering consulting model with design as the core is not significant,and the implementation is not ideal.Therefore,this research aims to combine theory and practice,open the path of life-cycle engineering consulting model with architect-led,emphasize the core concept of life-cycle engineering consulting,guided by owner needs,design integration and life-cycle perspectives,to achieve integrated design of life-cycle engineering consulting that spans subjects,stages and functions,improve project quality,and enhance industry value.
