摘要
在融媒体时代下,媒介之间的竞争变得日趋激烈,在全媒体转型中,作为新闻践行者的新闻记者,其职业素养,如技能、意识、思想和理念转型是否顺利决定着新闻全媒体转型的成败,也决定着传统媒体能否在我国社会主义现代化建设和改革攻坚阶段有效发挥舆论导向,本文基于此,针对融媒体时代下传统记者的坚守与改变做出阐述和分析。
In the era of media integration,the competition among the media has become increasingly fierce.In the all-media transformation,whether the journalists'professional qualities,such as skills,consciousness,thoughts and ideas,smoothly determine the success or failure of the news all-media transformation,and also determine whether the traditional media can effectively play the guidance of public opinion in China's socialist modernization and reform.Based on this,this paper expounds and analyzes the persistence and change of traditional journalists in the era of media integration.
