摘要
消毒是水处理工艺中不可或缺的部分,随着城镇建设步伐的加快,随着供水行业的迅速发展,中国城镇供水面临着严峻挑战。因二氧化氯消毒存在较大安全隐患及副产物,次氯酸钠消毒以其自身优势逐渐被广泛使用。随着科学技术的进步,基于安全高效的前提下,为能实现节能降耗并提高供水质量,许多自动化控制系统成功应用在水处理工艺中。文章结合湖北洪湖陵园水厂生产实际,介绍了由二氧化氯消毒改造为次氯酸钠自动控制投加工艺的应用情况。
Disinfection is an indispensable part of water treatment technology,with the acceleration of urban construction and the rapid development of water supply industry,urban water supply in China is facing severe challenges.Sodium hypochlorite disinfection has been widely used due to its own advantages because of the great safety hazards and by-products of chlorine dioxide disinfection.With the progress of science and technology,many automatic control systems have been successfully applied in water treatment process in order to save energy and reduce consumption and improve water supply quality on the premise of safety and efficiency.Based on the production practice of Honghu Cemetery water plant in H ubei,this paper introduces the application of automatic control adding process from chlorine dioxide disinfection to sodium hypochlorite.
