摘要
为了解安徽省部分禽场禽白血病病毒(avian leucosis virus,ALV)感染情况,2017—2019年,采用ELISA检测试剂盒,对安徽省59个禽场的3275份血清和2100份蛋清进行ALV-J抗体、ALV-A/B抗体和p27抗原检测,并对相关结果进行三间分布数据分析。结果显示:2017—2019年ALV-J抗体、ALV-A/B抗体和p27抗原平均抗体阳性率分别为19.36%、7.66%和5.90%;从不同养殖规模看,大型场的ALV-J抗体、ALV-A/B抗体和p27抗原的场阳性率分别为73.91%、73.91%和62.52%,均高于中型场和小型场;从不同场点类型来看,祖代场的ALV-J抗体和p27抗原的个体阳性率最高,分别为21.52%和6.01%,商品代场的ALV-A/B抗体的个体阳性率最高;从不同养殖品种看,黄羽肉鸡ALV-J抗体个体阳性率(26.24%)、鸭ALV-A/B抗体个体阳性率(12.31%)均高于其他禽种。结果表明,安徽省禽白血病流行较为严重,尤其是大型场、祖代场以及肉鸡和鸭的ALV感染风险较高。建议进一步加强对高风险禽场和禽群的禽白血病监测,持续推进禽白血病净化工作。
In order to make clear the status of infection with avian leukosis virus(ALV)in some poultry farms in Anhui Province,3275 serum samples and 2100 albumen samples from 59 farms were collected from 2017 to 2019,and ALV-J and ALV-A/B antibodies and ALV-p27 antigen were tested by ELISA kit,and the results were analyzed based on the distribution of time,region and population(three-dimensional distribution).The results showed that the average positive rates of ALV-J and ALV-A/B antibodies and ALV-p27 antigen were 19.36%,7.66%and 5.90%respectively;for different breeding scale,the positive rates of ALV-J and ALV-A/B antibodies and ALV-p27 antigen of large-scale farms were 73.91%,73.91%and 62.52%respectively,which were all higher than those of medium and small farms;for different types of farms,the individual positive rates of ALV-J antibody and ALV-p27 antigen of ancestral farms were 21.52%and 6.01%respectively,which remained the highest,and that of ALV-A/B antibody of commercial farms was the highest;for different species,the individual positive rate of ALV-J antibody in yellowfeathered broilers and ALV-A/B antibody in ducks were 26.24%and 12.31%respectively,which were higher than those in other species.It was concluded that the prevalence of ALV was serious in Anhui Province,especially the broilers and ducks in large-scale farms and ancestral farms where the risk of ALV infection was relatively high.Therefore,it was suggested to further strengthen the surveillance of ALV in the farms at high risk,and continuously promote the purification of ALV.
