摘要
目的探究苍附导痰汤联合西药对多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素及胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法选取2018年2月—2019年4月就诊的90例多囊卵巢综合征患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组行常规西药治疗,研究组在此基础上联合苍附导痰汤治疗。比较两组患者中医证候积分、性激素、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及血脂水平。结果治疗3个月后,两组月经量少、不孕、体胖、多毛等中医证候积分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;研究组治疗3个月后黄体生成素(LH)、血清睾酮(T)、垂体泌乳素(PRL)水平、HOMA-IR、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)低于对照组,卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论苍附导痰汤联合西药治疗可减轻多囊卵巢综合征患者的中医证候,改善性激素及血脂水平,降低HOMA-IR,促进康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with western medicine on sex hormone and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome.Methods 90 patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome in the hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were divided into two groups by random number table,with 45 cases in each group.Control group was given routine western medicine,and research group was treated with Cangfu Daotan decoction based on control group.The TCM syndrome score,sex hormone,homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and blood lipid were compared between two groups.Results After 3 months treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome such as oligomenorrhea,infertility,obesity and polytrichia in two groups decreased,and research group was lower than control group(P<0.05);After treatment for 3 months,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),prolactin(PRL),HOMA-IR,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in research group were lower than those in control group,and the follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E 2),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in research group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with western medicine for patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome can reduce TCM syndrome,improve sex hormone and blood lipid level,decrease HOMA-IR,and promote rehabilitation.
