摘要
活性染料无盐染色技术在保护生态环境、提高染料利用率上发挥着重要作用。采用超声辅助对碱预处理蚕丝织物进行无盐染色,研究了碱种类、浓度、处理时间以及染色时间、染色温度、染料浓度对染色性能的影响。结果发现,碳酸钠超声室温预处理蚕丝织物效果最好,最优工艺为碱质量浓度5 g/L,处理时间30 min,浴比1∶20。蚕丝织物预处理后的无盐染色工艺为:染料质量分数2%,染色温度50℃,染色时间25 min。采用超声辅助上染碱预处理后,蚕丝织物各项色牢度较好。
Salt free dyeing with reactive dyes plays an important role in protecting the ecological environment and improving the utilization rate of dyes.By using ultrasonic assisted salt free dyeing of pretreated silk fabric with alkali,and the effects of alkali type and concentration,treatment time,dyeing time,dyeing temperature and dye concentration on dyeing performance are studied.The results show that the effect of ultrasonic pretreatment under room temperature with sodium carbonate concentration 5 g/L,the treatment time 30 min,and bath ratio 1∶20 is optimum.The salt free dyeing process of silk fabric after pretreatment is concentration of dye 2%omf,dyeing temperature 50℃,and dyeing time 25 minutes.The vary fastnesses of the silk fabric dyed with alkali by ultrasonic are good.
