基于新地方标准的城镇污水处理厂提标调研方案 被引量:5

RESEARCH SCHEME AND PROBLEMS IDENTIFICATION OF URBAN SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS BASED ON NEW LOCAL STANDARD

摘要 随着2018年6月DB 32/1072—2018《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》的颁布实施,江苏省启动了新一轮城镇污水处理厂提标改造工作。基于提标改造工作迫切需求,提出了一套全新调研方案,包括全国污水信息系统数据统计分析、调查问卷与日报数据分析、现场座谈咨询和典型污水处理厂现场评估四步调研流程,循序渐进,互为校准,以太湖地区待提标83座城镇污水处理厂为调研对象,开展调研方案应用,识别污水处理厂的共性及个性问题,为太湖地区污水处理厂新一轮提标工作提供技术支撑。 With the promulgation and implementation of Discharge Standard of Main Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants & Key Industries of Taihu Area (DB 32/1072—2018) in June 2018,Jiangsu province launched a new round of upgrading of municipal wastewater treatment plants. Based on the urgent need of the upgrading,this paper put forward a set of new research programs,including a four-step research process: national sewage information system data statistical analysis,questionnaire & daily data analysis,on-site discussion and consultation,and on-site investigation of typical wastewater treatment plants,which was gradually progressive and mutually calibrated. The 83 municipal wastewater treatment plants to be submitted in Taihu area were taken as the research objects,in order to provide technical support for the new round of upgrading work of wastewater treatment plants in Taihu area,and the application of investigation scheme could identify the common and individual problems of wastewater treatment plants.
