摘要
佛医学包括直接承袭自古印度的经藏佛医与结合我国传统医学发展起来的寺院或居士佛医,它属于宗教医学范畴,也是我国传统医学的重要组成部分,四大学说是经藏佛医的基础理论之一,作为重要的说理工具参与构建了经藏佛医独具特色的诊疗体系。通过对佛经及中医古籍的考证,梳理佛医学的四大诊疗体系,得出四大诊疗体系中不仅有生理、病理的基础理论,也有临床诊断方法,更有相应的治疗手段,四大及其衍生的五大、六大学说可以有效地指导佛医学临床实践,有一定的应用价值。
Buddhist Medicine includes Buddhist scriptures directly inherited from ancient India combined with Chinese Traditional Medicine developed from monasteries or lay Buddhists.It belongs to the category of religious medicine and an important part of traditional medicine in China.As one of the basic theories and an important reasoning tool,the big four theories participate in the construction of a unique diagnosis and treatment system for the classic Buddhist Medicine.Based on the textual research of Buddhist scriptures and ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine books,this article combs the four major diagnosis and treatment systems of Buddhist Medicine,and concludes that the four major diagnosis systems including not only the basic theories of physiology and pathology,but also clinical diagnosis methods and corresponding treatment methods.The big four theories and the big five and six theories derived from it can effectively guide clinical practice of Buddhist Medicine and have certain application value.
