熟水中超痕量亚硝酸盐含量测定 被引量:1

摘要 为了建立离子色谱-抑制电导法测定熟水中超痕量亚硝酸盐的含量,本文采用Dionex IonPac AG23 Guard(4 mm×50 mm)和Dionex IonPac AS23 Analytical(4 mm×250 mm)高容量阴离子交换色谱柱;柱后抑制器为Dionex AERS500-4 mm阴离子抑制器,抑制电流为25 mA;以4.5 mmol/L碳酸钠(含0.8 mmol/L碳酸氢钠)为流动相等度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL/min;电导检测器检测,进样量:1000μL。结果显示,亚硝酸盐在2~20μg/L内线性关系良好。新建方法灵敏度高,回收率好,操作简单,成本低廉,适用于检测熟水中超痕量亚硝酸盐的含量。 In order to establish the ion chromatography-suppression of conductivity detection method for the determination of trace nitrite of the cooked water,This paper uses Dionex IonPac AG23 Guard(4 mm×50 mm)and Dionex IonPac AS23 Analytical(4 mm×250 mm),which has high capacity anion exchange chromatography,makes Dionex AERS500-4 mm as the post-column suppressor and the suppress electric current of it is 25 mA,takes 4.5 mmol/L Na2CO3 including 0.8 mmol/L NaHCO3 as the mobile phase with a gradient elution and the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min,uses the conductance detector to detect and the injection volume is 1000μL.The result shows that the linearity of nitrite ranges from 2~20μg/L is good.The new method has high sensitivity,accuracy,simple operation and low cost,which is suitable for the determination of trace nitrite of the cooked water.
