摘要
为研究碎石骨料粒径对透水混凝土性能的影响,采用室内试验方法,对比分析了在不同水灰比条件下骨料粒径变化对透水混凝土力学性能、物理性能及透水性能的影响规律。研究表明:水灰比的增大会降低不同骨料粒径透水混凝土的综合性能;增大骨料粒径会减小混凝土的抗压、抗折强度,但会增大混凝土的孔隙率和透水系数,综合考虑骨料粒径对透水混凝土力学性能、物理性能和透水性能的影响,水灰比控制在0.25-0.30之间,骨料粒径选择9.5-16 mm玄武岩碎石制备的透水混凝土综合性能相对较优,其结论可为类似路面透水混凝土骨料粒径的选择和研究提供借鉴和参考。
In order to study the effect of aggregate size on the performance of permeable concrete in building courtyard pavement, the indoor test method was used to compare and analyze the mechanical properties and physical properties of aggregate permeable concrete under different water-cement ratio conditions. The law of influence of water permeability. The results show that the comprehensive properties of permeable concrete with different aggregate diameters are reduced by the increase of water-cement ratio. The increase of aggregate particle size will reduce the compression and bending strength of concrete, but it will increase the porosity and permeability of concrete. Considering the influence of aggregate particle size on the mechanical properties, physical properties and permeable properties of permeable concrete, the water-cement ratio is controlled between 0.25 and 0.30, and the bone is controlled between 0.25 and 0.30, and the effect of aggregate particle size on the mechanical properties, physical properties and permeability of permeable concrete is considered comprehensively. The comprehensive properties of permeable concrete prepared by basalt macadam with 9.5~16 mm particle size are relatively better, The conclusion can provide reference and reference for the selection and research of the particle size of permeable concrete aggregates on similar pavements.
