摘要
为评价原料含水量对高良姜挥发油提取率和组成的影响,采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取不同含水量高良姜中的挥发油,并分析挥发油的提取率和主要物质组成。结果发现,随着原料含水量的降低,高良姜挥发油的提取率整体上呈下降趋势,各挥发油的挥发组分类型基本没有发生变化,主要包括1,8-桉叶素、β-蒎烯、莰烯、(-)-α-蒎烯、α-法尼烯、α-松油醇、柠檬烯、γ-摩勒烯、反式石竹烯等,但主要成分如1,8-桉叶素等高挥发度组分的相对含量呈现下降趋势,而α-法尼烯等挥发度相对较低的组分呈上升趋势。结果表明,干燥处理会降低高良姜挥发油的提取率和轻度挥发性组分相对含量,本研究结论对高良姜挥发油的高效、规范化生产具有指导意义。
In order to evaluate the effect of water content of raw material on the yield and composition of Alpinia officinarum Hance volatile oil,the steam distillation was used to extract the volatile oil from galangal with different water content,and the extraction yield and main substance composition of volatile oil were analyzed.The results showed that with the reduction of water content,the galangal volatile oil yield showed a downward trend.However,the types of volatile components from different volatile oil remained basically unchanged,including 1,8-cineole,β-pinene,camphene,(-)-α-pinene,α-farnesene,α-terpineol,limonene,γ-muurolene,trans-caryophyllene,etc..But among the main components,high-volatile components such as 1,8-eucalyptus showed a downward trend,while the relatively low-volatile components such asα-farnesene showed an upward trend.The results showed that drying treatment can reduce the extraction yield and relative content of high-volatile components of galangal volatile oil.And this study can be used to guide the efficient and standardized production of galangal essential oil.
