像方远心的消色差变焦物镜设计

摘要 针对掩膜板式成像光谱仪前置变焦物镜展开研究,深入研究其像方远心物镜系统的消色差设计。采用最小偏向角法求解消色差方程,并以编程的方式简化了筛选玻璃组合的过程,分别对变焦系统的前固定组、变倍组、补偿组和后固定组进行筛选玻璃组合,大大的提高了初始结构选取的效率。设计完成的消色差变焦物镜焦距为49.3~148 mm,工作波长为400~1000 nm,F数为4.3,在加入分光棱镜的情况下,二级光谱均小于0.045 mm,其中长焦下共像点的二级光谱可以达到0.006 mm,并且实现像方远心,在66 lp/mm处的调制传递函数值均大于0.5,接近衍射极限,像质良好,畸变小于1%。满足了成像光谱仪前置物镜的宽光谱消色差、像方远心、变焦等要求。 Research on the front zoom objective lens of mask imaging spectrometer,intensive study the achromatic design of image square telecentric objective system.Solving achromatic equation by minimum deflection angle method,and the process of selecting glass combination is simplified by programming.The front fixed group,zoom group,compensation group and rear fixed group of the zoom system were screened for glass combination,which greatly improves the efficiency of initial structure selection.The focal length of the designed achromatic zoom objective is 49.3mm-148mm,working wavelength is 400 nm^1000 nm,F#is 4.3,with the addition of a spectroprism,the secongary spectrum is less than 0.045 mm,the secondary spectrum of the common image point which is under the long focus can reach 0.006 mm,and realize the image square telecentricity,MTF values at 66 lp/mm are all greater than 0.5,close to diffraction limit,excellent image quality,and the distortion is less than 1%.It satisfies the requirements of wide-spectrum achromatic,image square telecentricity,zoom,etc.for the front objective of the imaging spectrometer.
