摘要
目的:对历代中药制炭工艺历史沿革及现代研究进行梳理和分析,为中药炭药的进一步深入研究提供参考。方法:采用文献挖掘技术,总结古籍、文献以及《中华人民共和国药典》中收载炭药的制炭工艺,分析不同品种制炭工艺的差异性。结果:炭药数量逐年增加,但制炭工艺未发生明显变化,不同工艺炮制终点的判别标准不同,其中以清炒法制备炭药居多。结论:建议客观量化制炭过程各项参数及终点判别标准,稳定炮制工艺,从而进一步提升中药炭药的质量。
Objective: To provide the reference for further study of TCM charcoal of Chinese drugs by carding and analyzing historical evolution and modern research of TCM carbon making processing in the past dynasties.Methods: Using literature mining technology, carbonization process of charcoal medicine recorded in ancient books,the literature and Chinese pharmacopoeia were summarized to analyze the differences between different sorts of carbon making processes. Results: The number of charcoal medicine increase year by year, while the technology hasn’t changed significantly, the criteria of different processing technology endpoints were different, among them, the stir frying prepared charcoal medicine the most. Conclusion: It is recommended to objectively quantify different parameters and endpoint criteria of carbon making process, stabilize the processing, thus to improve the quality of charcoal medicine.
