摘要
番茄损伤区域检测是判断番茄表面缺陷、准确分类番茄等级的重要手段。通过分析机器视觉对番茄损伤的具体检测流程,文章依次采集了番茄图像、分析其损伤部位特征、对其损伤检测和提取损伤部位特征值,使其损伤部位在图像上有了具体的表达,达到番茄缺陷快速、准确识别的目的,并基于机器视觉技术设计、开发番茄损伤区域自动检测系统,引入实际应用案例检验系统的准确率,可为农产品损伤检测提供帮助。
The detection of tomato damage area is an important method to judge tomato surface defects and classify tomato grade accurately.By analyzing the process of detecting tomato damage by machine vision,this paper collected tomato image,analyzed its damage site feature,detected and extracted the damage site feature value in turn,made the damage site have specific expression on the image,achieved the goal of tomato defect recognition quickly and accurately,and designed and developed the automatic detection system of tomato damage area based on machine vision technology.
