摘要
为了比较不同湍流模型得到的风力机叶片翼型气动性能参数计算结果的区别,采用S-A、SST k-ω和RNG k-ω这3种湍流模型对风力机叶片NACA0018翼型进行数值计算,然后将得到的结果和文献给出的风洞实验值进行比较,最后分别讨论了一阶迎风、二阶迎风和QUICK这3种离散格式对计算精度的影响。结果表明:当翼型在未失速(攻角小于14°)状态时,RNG k-ω模型得到的升力系数值与实验值最为接近;当翼型处于失速状态(攻角大于等于14°)时,S-A模型得到的升力系数值与实验值最为接近,而SST k-ω模型得到的阻力系数值与实验值最为接近。
In order to study the effect of different turbulence models on wind turbine blade airfoil aerodynamic parameters,three turbulence models of S-A model,SST k-ωmodel and RNG k-εmodel were applied to simulate the performance of NACA0018 airfoil.The simulation results were compared with wind tunnel experimental data reported in references and the effects of the three discrete formats of first-order upwind,second-order upwind and QUICK on the calculation accuracy are discussed respectively.The results show that the lift coefficient obtained by RNG k-εmodel was similar to the experimental value on no stall conditions,while the values obtained by S-A model were consistent with the experimental values when the angle of attack exceeded the stall angle by 14°,respectively.The drag coefficient obtained by SST k-ωmodel was the most accurate to the experimental data.
