摘要
目的分析反思任务驱动教学法在呼吸内科护理带教中的效果。方法该次实验以2018年5月—2019年4月间在该院呼吸内科开展实习的70名护理实习生作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法开展分组,所有实习生被平均分成对照组、实验组。对照组实习生接受常规带教,实验组实习生则接受反思任务驱动教学法。教学结束后比较这两组实习生的考试成绩(理论知识、操作水平)与对教学的满意度。结果在教学结束后,实验组实习生理论知识成绩与操作水平成绩均高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组实习生的满意度为91%,对照组为69%,实验组实习生对于教学的满意度要明显高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在开展呼吸内科护理带教的过程中反思任务驱动教学法要更具教学优势。该教学形式能够显著提升学生护理成绩。在未来教学中可以大力推广反思任务驱动教学法。
Objective To analyze the effect of the task-driven teaching method in the teaching of respiratory medicine nursing.Methods In this experiment,70 nursing interns who carried out internships in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 were used as the research object.The random number table method was used to group them.All the interns were divided into a control group and an experiment group.The intern in the control group accepts regular instruction,while the intern in the experimental group accepts the reflective task-driven teaching method.After the teaching,the test scores(theoretical knowledge,operation level)of the two groups of interns are compared with their satisfaction with the teaching.Results After the end of the teaching,the theoretical knowledge and operation level of the intern in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group indicated that the data was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the intern in the experimental group was 91%,and that in the control group was 69%.The satisfaction of the intern in the experimental group with respect to teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group indicated that the data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of carrying out nursing teaching in respiratory medicine,reflective task-driven teaching method should have more teaching advantages.This form of teaching can significantly improve student nursing performance.In the future teaching,we can vigorously promote the reflective task-driven teaching method.
