摘要
发展农业高新技术是贯彻落实创新驱动发展战略和乡村振兴战略的内在需要。文章分析了生物种业、智能农业、食品与营养科学、农业新材料等领域国内外高新技术发展现状与趋势,探讨了我国农业高新技术发展重点和应用前景,提出了明确国家发展战略布局、加强原始创新重点任务部署、完善政策制度等促进我国农业高新技术发展的政策建议。
The development of agricultural new and high technology is an inherent need to implement the development strategy driven by innovation and rural revitalization.The status and trends of new and high technology at home and abroad in the fields of biological seed industry,intelligent agriculture,food and nutrition science,new agricultural materials were analyzed in the paper.The development focus and application prospect of China's agricultural new and high technology were discussed,and policy suggestions were proposed,such as defining the national development strategy layout,strengthening the deployment of original innovation tasks,perfecting related policy,etc.
