摘要
目的:分析建立综合晨交班模式提升NICU护士临床思维能力的效果。方法:选取2019年5-7月NICU护士23名。2019年2-4月为对照阶段,应用以往常规的晨交班方法;2019年5-7月为观察阶段,运用综合晨交班模式。比较实施前后护士交班时信息的完整性、所需时间差异性及医生对护士工作能力的满意度。结果:实施综合晨交班模式后晨交班信息完整性高于实施前,晨交班平均时间短于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后医生对护理工作的满意率高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过在NICU临床验证,综合晨交班模式能规范交班流程,提高护士对危重症患儿病情的识别和干预能力,提升护士临床工作思维能力。
Objective:To analyze the effect of establishing comprehensive morning shift mode on improving NICU nurses'clinical thinking ability.Methods:From May to July,2019,23 nurses in NICU were enrolled.February-April,2019 was the control phase,used the conventional morning shift method as usual.May-July,2019 was the observation phase,used comprehensive morning shift mode.The information's completeness,the time differences of shift and the satisfaction of doctors to nurses'working ability before and after the implementation of comprehensive morning shift mode were compared.Results:After the implementation of the comprehensive morning shift mode,the information's completeness of the morning shift was higher than before implementation,the average time of morning shift was shorter than before implementation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of doctors to nursing work after implementation was higher than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through clinical verification in NICU,the comprehensive morning shift mode can standardize the process of morning shift,improve the ability of nurses to identify and intervene the condition of critically ill children,it can also improve nurses'thinking ability in clinical work.
