摘要
目的探讨轻型及普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)各期肺部CT影像学表现。方法回顾性分析确诊且治愈出院的轻型及普通型COVID-19患者47例肺部CT影像学表现。结果47例患者均有不同程度肺部阴影,多为磨玻璃样密度影,部分合并实变、纤维条索影;入院后经临床治疗,肺部病灶均有明显吸收好转。结论轻型及普通型COVID-19患者随病情变化肺部CT影像学表现可分为早期、进展期(部分可短期内进展为重症期)及吸收期,各期均具有一定特征性CT影像学表现。
Objective To investigate the CT imaging characteristics of mild and common coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods The data of lung CT images of forty-seven patients with mild and common COVID-19 were retrospectively analyzed,who were cured and discharged.Results The patients had different degrees of lung shadow,most of which were ground glass density shadow.After treatment,the pulmonary lesions showed obvious absorption and improvement.Conclusion The pulmonary CT findings of COVID-19 patients with mild and common types can be divided into early stage,progressive stage(some of them may develop into severe stage in a short time)and absorption stage,each of which has a certain characteristic CT imaging manifestation.
