摘要
目的探讨低温等离子射频消融术联合骨折外移术治疗下鼻甲肥大的疗效。方法80例下鼻甲肥大患者,按随机数字表法分为联合组和单一组,每组40例。单一组给予下鼻甲骨折外移术治疗,联合组在对照组基础上给予低温等离子射频消融术治疗。比较两组治疗效果和并发症发生情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率为97.50%,明显高于单一组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组并发症发生率为5.00%,低于单一组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子射频消融术联合骨折外移术治疗下鼻甲肥大并发症少,疗效确切。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with fracture relocation on inferior turbinate hypertrophy.Methods A total of 80 patients with inferior turbinate hypertrophy were divided into combination group and single group by random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.Single group was treated by fracture relocation of inferior turbinate,and combination group was treated by low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of combination group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of single group 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of combination group was 5.00%,which was lower than that of single group 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with fracture relocation show affirmative efficacy for inferior turbinate hypertrophy with less complications.
