城市轨道交通网轨融合智能运维方案研究 被引量:9

摘要 近年来,随着我国城市轨道交通(以下简称"城轨")工程的快速发展,传统的城轨维保模式逐渐不能适应现代化城轨管理的特点和规律,城轨维保模式的革新成为大势所趋。文章以接触网、轨道、区间隧道结构专业为例,对其维保模式现状及存在问题进行分析,提出基于"专业融合 + 智能运维"的合作维保模式,探究其实施的可行性及具体方案,结果表明其具有优化组织结构、降低人力成本、提高运维效率、深度掌控设备维护主动权、保证运营安全及设备设施的可靠性和稳定性等诸多优势,对城轨维保工作的开展具有一定的借鉴指导意义。 In recent years,with the rapid development of urban rail transit engineering works in China,the traditional urban rail maintenance mode cannot adapt to the characteristics and patterns of modern urban rail management,and the innovation on urban rail maintenance mode has become the general trend.Taking overhead contact wire system,track and section tunnel structure specialty as examples,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of its maintenance mode,puts forward a cooperative maintenance mode based on Specialty Professional Integration+Intelligent Operation and Maintenance,and explores the feasibility and specifi c scheme of its implementation.The results show that it has the advantages including the optimizing organizational structure,reducing labor costs,improving operation and maintenance effi ciency,deep-in controlling the initiative of equipment maintenance to ensure the operation safety and the reliability and stability of equipment and facilities and many other advantages,therefore it has a certain reference significance for the development of urban rail transit maintenance work.
