摘要
目的:探究盐地碱蓬提取物对食源性肥胖小鼠的减肥功能。方法:通过饲喂高脂饲料,建立小鼠营养性肥胖模型,以普通饲料喂养的空白组和高脂饲料喂养的肥胖模型组为对照,对3组营养性肥胖小鼠分别进行2.00 g/kg、4.00 g/kg、6.00 g/kg碱蓬煎煮液灌胃处理;阳性对照药物组进行0.06 g/kg奥司利他灌胃处理。连续给药5周后处死各组小鼠,测量体质量、Lee's指数和血清生化指标。结果:营养性肥胖小鼠模型经碱蓬低、中、高剂量组灌胃后,体质量、Lee's指数和血清TC、TG含量等方面均有不同程度的改善。结论:盐地碱蓬对营养性肥胖小鼠具有减肥和降脂作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of Suaeda salsa extract on diet induced obesity in mice.Methods:nutritional obesity model of mice was established by feeding high-fat diet.The blank group fed with normal diet and the obesity model group fed with high-fat diet were treated with Suaeda salsa Decoction of 2 g/kg,4 g/kg and 6 g/kg respectively by gavage,and the positive control group was treated with 0.06 g/kg oselta.After 5 weeks of continuous administration,the mice in each group were killed and their body weight,Lee's index and serum biochemical indexes were measured.Results:the body weight,Lee's index,serum TC and TG contents of low,medium and high dose Suaeda salsa groups were improved in varying degrees.Conclusion:Suaeda salsa has the effect of reducing weight and lipid in nutritional obesity mice.
