摘要
化工园区防火是重中之重,但是公司往往把预防的重点放在园区内的装置上,而对职工公寓火灾安全上往往比较忽视。本文以山东省阳信化工园区某化工企业1#职工公寓为例,对化工园区内职工宿舍火灾危险性进行详细的分析,通过对某化工企业1#职工公寓的整体情况、各宿舍内部的情况,收集分析我国近几年发生在职工公寓的火灾事故,分析事故发生的原因,对照分析职工宿舍存在的问题,并就其中的问题从物的不安全状态、人的不安全行为和管理上的缺陷三个方面进行了细致的隐患因素分析。
Fire prevention in chemical industry park is the top priority,but companies often focus on the prevention of the installation in the park,and often neglect the safety of fire in the employee apartment.Based on the 1#YangXin chemical industry park in Shandong province a chemical company worker apartment,for example,the chemical industry park dormitory fire hazards are detailed analysis,through the chemical enterprise the whole situation of 1#staff apartment,the dormitory inside,collect and analyze our country in worker apartment fire accidents occurred in recent years,analyze the cause of the accident,contrast analysis of the problems existing in the dormitory,and is one of the problems from the unsafe condition,people’s unsafe behavior and defects in the administration of three aspects has carried on the detailed analysis of the hidden danger factors.
