摘要
目的:对比用鼻内镜下鼻中隔黏膜下切除术与鼻内镜下改良的鼻中隔成形术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年6月期间在贵州省黔西南布依族苗族自治州人民医院接受诊治的60例鼻中隔偏曲患者作为研究对象。将这60例患者分为切除术组(n=30)和成形术组(n=30)。对切除术组患者进行鼻内镜下鼻中隔黏膜下切除术。对成形术组患者进行鼻内镜下改良的鼻中隔成形术。然后,比较两组患者治疗的总有效率。结果:接受治疗后,与切除术组患者相比,成形术组患者治疗的总有效率更高,χ^2=4.812,P=0.028。结论:与对鼻中隔偏曲患者进行鼻内镜下鼻中隔黏膜下切除术相比,对其进行鼻内镜下改良的鼻中隔成形术的临床效果更好。
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of nasal septum submucous resection under nasal endoscopy and modified septal plasty under nasal endoscopy in the treatment of nasal septum deviation.Methods:From May 2018 to June 2019,60 patients with nasal septum deviation were selected and treated in The People’s Hospital of Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Southwest Guizhou province as study subjects.The 60 patients were divided into the resection group(n=30)and the angioplasty group(n=30).Nasal septum submucosal resection under nasal endoscope was performed in the resection group.Patients in the angioplasty group underwent modified nasal septoplasty under nasal endoscope.Then,the total response rate of the two groups was compared.Results:Compared with the patients in the resection group,the total effective rate of the angioplasty group was higher,χ^2=4.812,P=0.028.Conclusion:Compared with the nasal endoscopic submucous resection of the nasal septum in patients with deviated nasal septum,the modifi ed nasal septoplasty under nasal endoscope has a better clinica l effect.
