摘要
采用光电直读光谱法测定纯金中12种杂质元素,实验考察了冲洗时间、预燃时间和积分时间等仪器工作条件对杂质元素测定的影响,并确定了各杂质元素的最佳分析谱线。方法的检出限为0.39~1.55 mg/kg,精密度为1.40%~7.44%,4个纯金样品本方法测定结果与ICP-AES法测定结果基本一致,准确度与精密度良好。该方法进一步简化了样品预处理过程,提高了检测效率,适合大批量纯金样品的分析测定。
12 impurity elements in pure gold are determined by photoelectric direct-reading spectrometry.The effects of instrument working conditions such as flush time,pre-ignition time and integration time on the determination of impurity elements were discussed,and the best analysis spectral line for each impurity element was determined.The detection limits of this method are 0.39-1.55 mg/kg,and the precision is 1.40%-7.44%.The test results of 4 pure gold samples are consistent with those of ICP-AES,and the accuracy and precision are both good.The method further simplifies the sample pretreatment process,improves the detection efficiency,and is suitable for the determination of large quantities of pure gold samples.
